The Challenge

Your website is your ‘face’ to the world, so it needs to look good. Hard working websites, however, must be as smart as they are attractive – particularly if, like ACSO’s, it is a vital part of your comprehensive repositioning and rebranding program. ACSO approached Adstract Art to create a clear, engaging and effective online presence which captures the organisation’s personality and vision, conveys its core values and objectives to target markets and explains key services.

The Solution

Adstract Art worked closely with ACSO to plan the structure and content of the site so it would not only look great, but work effectively. Strong branding with ACSO’s new visual identity creates an attractive, unified look which is reinforced by a suite of discrete brand identities, also designed by Adstract Art, for each of the key services. The new site is clear, logical and easy to navigate, with a ‘tag cloud’ to help viewers find information quickly and easily, and viewer engagement is strengthened with exciting dynamic content like streaming videos, which provide a quick, interactive way to learn more about what ACSO does. Content within the website is managed by ACSO through a customised Drupal CMS (content management system).

The Results

Response to the new site has been overwhelmingly positive, with users telling ACSO they find it not only more attractive but much clearer and easier to navigate. Feedback also indicates a better understanding by users of who ACSO is and the services they provide, and suggests the site has contributed significantly to improved market perception through its strong branding and professional design. ACSO have found the website easy to edit with numerous staff able to make changes.
