Over the last few years, they’ve expanded their product range to more than 3,000 products and grown their brand to become a well known name in the industry. Civiquip customers recognise the company’s strong brand values and incredible commitment to service. Civiquip approached us to help move their offering online and to integrate that with a new catalogue and a range of promotional materials.
With more than 3,000 products to represent, we spent considerable time in pre-production, ensuring the plan would deliver the desired results.
The industry is not known for creative marketing and the brief was very much focused on helping them stand out, so the first step was to create a fresh, dynamic look that could be integrated throughout all their promotional materials.
As well as a simple shopping experience, it was critical for the online experience to reflect the existing price agreements they had with customers – whether on the desktop or as a mobile solution.
The end result is an engaging and consistent brand experience which allows customers to easily recognise Civiquip communications, no matter what form they took. We applied this new look to everything from stationery to brochures, to catalogues, the website and the company’s email marketing.
The flexible website solution allows Civiquip to deliver various pricing levels for retail & wholesale customers, as well as individual customer-level pricing which helps ensure customers maintain a consistent brand experience whether buying online, in-store or over the phone.
